New Citizen's Plaza - just now one of several places New Citizens, Inc. has built newbie-friendly places for helping folks get 'a level up' - does have freebie items shopping as well. Plan on some crowds and lag.

The selection of goods here is focused and well-managed. You won't be encumbered with boxes of 862 clothes to review and manage. On the other hand, that means that you won't find as deep a variety of things as you would the the junkyard, for example.

New Citizen's Plaza also has classes, on-site information and helpers, and more. It's a great place to make new friends and help other newbies!
