...as I teleport to Sigil, the sim that is a super-quality build of the old west. And they know how to treat visitors right, too: not only will you get a free old west outfit (one for girls, one for guys - including the cowboy hat!) so you can feel right at home while you explore, but the people there are the nicest bunch of folks you can find. Well, except for the outlaws, that is. Oh, you'll see some of the prettiest women in SL in Sigil, too... and they may well be the fastest women in SL, from what I saw - both fast on the draw and the play!

Sigil is great for instant role playing - all the residents are in character just about all the time. Real events happen there as well; I was there on the day the local Sheriff got married. Afterwards, folks were hanging out at the main hotel in town, one gal was playing up a storm on the piano. There was talk of some outlaws planning to rob the town bank, but I think someone is always yammerin' on about trying such things.

I was quite impressed with the quality of people, play, and build in Sigil. For a great afternoon or late night of SL fun, it's the perfect thing. In fact, I still have several good SL friends I made on trip into that old dusty town. I can fell my western drawl coming back to me already...
